Faces are typically color steel sheets above 0.4mm or gypsum board.The core is kraft paper honeycomb impregnated and cured with phenolic resin;cell size can be adjusted for strength requirements.Common thicknesses are 50mm,75mm.Panel width follows standard modules,e.g.,1150mm.The connection system is similar to ordinary sandwich panels,mostly tongue-and-groove.
Primarily used for non-load-bearing interior partition walls and office partitions in buildings.In the furniture industry,used for manufacturing cabinet,wardrobe,and desk countertops and doors.Also commonly used for interior door cores and filler material in security doors.Also find applications in display cabinets,exhibition stands,and temporary buildings where environmental requirements exist.
