Gains strength very rapidly,achieving high strength within hours.Exhibits excellent bond strength to various substrates(old concrete,metals).Very dense and virtually impermeable,offering outstanding resistance to water penetration and freeze-thaw cycles.Highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals,including acids,alkalis,salts,and oils.Provides good abrasion resistance and electrical insulation properties.

Main types:Polymer Concrete(PC,cementless)and Polymer Modified Concrete(PMC,cement-polymer emulsion composite).Mechanical properties(compressive,flexural)far exceed those of cement concrete.Different resin systems(e.g.,epoxy for high bond/low shrinkage,polyester for lower cost/fast cure)are selected based on service environment.Pot life and cure time can be adjusted with hardeners.
