Faces are selected from corrosion-resistant aluzinc color steel sheets.The XPS core has a closed-cell structure with high density and strength.Common thicknesses range from 50mm to 100mm.Panel width is typically 1000mm or 1150mm.Panel edges feature lap or lock-seam designs to ensure firm connections and sealing.The surface is flat,easy to construct.
Mainly used in applications with special moisture resistance and compressive requirements,such as floor insulation in cold stores,and roof substrates in industrial plants.Also commonly used in external wall insulation systems.They are a preferred material for foundation insulation in civil engineering like roads and airport runways,as well as in parking garage decks and floor heating insulation.
