The face substrate is high-quality color steel sheet,with functionality achieved by coating with conductive paint or laminating conductive PVC film.The core is often low-particulate rock wool,MgO,or paper honeycomb.Total thickness from 50mm to 100mm.Panel width is standard module.Panel edges feature conductive connection structures,allowing the entire room to form a complete electrostatic discharge system after installation.
Mainly used for walls and ceilings in cleanrooms and workspaces with strict ESD control,such as electronics manufacturing(chip,SMT),computer server rooms,telecom equipment rooms.Also used in hospital operating rooms,precision instrument assembly shops in aerospace,and any industrial environment with flammable/explosive gases requiring ESD protection.
