Basic Info
A reinforced concrete utility pole with an enlarged tip diameter. It has better load-bearing capacity and wind resistance than poles with a 130mm tip diameter, suitable for low-voltage lines and terminal positions with higher requirements.
Customer reviews
David Wilson · Infrastructure Procurement Supervisor of a Large Agricultural Group
Our farm needs to build an independent power supply line. After comparing multiple suppliers, we chose your company's concrete utility poles. During installation, the workers reported that the poles have uniform weight, making the hoisting process very stable. Moreover, the smooth surface of the poles without burrs avoids potential safety hazards during installation. After one year of use, the poles show no signs of rust in the humid farm environment, and they offer great cost-effectiveness.
Amanda Lopez · Overseas Project Engineer of an International Energy Construction Company
In an overseas power grid project in a remote area, we faced challenges such as long transportation distances and limited on-site construction conditions. Your company's concrete poles are packaged in a modular way, which effectively reduces transportation losses. Additionally, the pre-drilled wiring hole positions on the poles are accurate, eliminating the need for additional drilling on-site. This greatly shortened the construction time and helped us successfully meet the project deadline.
Jake Miller · Project Director of a Multinational Power Engineering Company
Our project involves building a power transmission line in a remote area, which has extremely high requirements for the wind resistance and corrosion resistance of concrete utility poles. After using your company's products, the poles have withstood over half a year of wind and rain without cracking or tilting. They also have good compatibility with accessories during installation, increasing the construction efficiency by 30% compared to expectations. We will give priority to your company's products for similar projects in the future.
Product Description
Product Features:
By increasing the tip diameter, the section modulus and bending stiffness of the pole are significantly improved, greatly enhancing its load-bearing capacity. At the same height, its stability and wind resistance are superior to those of poles with a 130mm tip diameter, and it can better resist unbalanced tension.

Product Specifications:
The tip diameter is 150mm, and the root diameter is approximately 267mm. The larger section size means an increase in the amount of concrete and steel bars, resulting in a more stable structure. Usually, more or thicker prestressed steel wires are configured to meet higher bending moment requirements.

Product Applications:
Suitable for occasions with high mechanical strength requirements, such as terminal poles and corner poles of low-voltage distribution lines; street lamps in areas with high wind pressure; internal distribution lines in factories and docks; and support columns for other equipment.
