Basic Info
Specifically designed for corrosive environments such as coastal areas, saline-alkali lands, and chemical plants. Through dual protection of material modification and surface treatment, it significantly extends its service life.
Customer reviews
Ryan Lee · Procurement Manager for Large Infrastructure Projects
We procured various utility poles from your company for a port expansion project. Both your prestressed and non-prestressed products maintained consistently high quality. Their excellent corrosion resistance is particularly suited to the coastal salt-spray environment here, resolving our previous durability concerns with other materials.
David Wilson · Transmission Line Construction Foreman
We used your company's prestressed concrete utility poles for our mountain power line project. Their exceptional crack and bending resistance was impressive. Even on steep terrain with long spans, the poles demonstrated high stability and strength, fully meeting our demanding engineering standards.
Sarah Johnson · Telecommunications Network Planning Engineer
We extensively used your company's prestressed concrete poles in our recent fiber-optic network expansion. They effectively support the load of multiple fiber cables, showing almost no long-term bending or deformation. Their superior crack resistance ensures the long-term safety of our suspended network facilities, significantly reducing maintenance risks.
Product Description
Product Features:
It adopts a systematic engineering approach to address corrosion issues. From internal corrosion-resistant cementitious materials and steel bar rust prevention treatment to external protective coatings, multiple protective barriers are built. This significantly improves the pole’s durability in environments containing Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻ and other ions, resulting in low life-cycle costs.

Product Specifications:
The core lies in the use of Type II or Type V sulfate-resistant cement, which essentially enhances the impermeability and corrosion resistance of concrete. Steel bars are treated with epoxy coating or galvanization to completely isolate corrosive media. The pole surface is coated with weather-resistant anti-corrosion coatings (e.g., epoxy asphalt, polyurethane) as additional protection.

Product Applications:
Mandatorily used in medium to heavy corrosion environments such as coastal tidal flats, saline-alkali areas, industrial pollution zones (near chemical plants and fertilizer plants), sewage treatment plants, and islands. It is the fundamental guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power grids in these areas, avoiding the risk of rapid rust damage to ordinary poles.
