Specifications are defined by screw diameter(e.g.,ø160,ø200,ø250,etc.)and length.Conveying capacity ranges from 5 to 50 tons per hour.The conveying length typically does not exceed 30 meters;excessive length can lead to shaft torsion and a sharp increase in energy consumption.The speed is generally between 50-200 rpm.The inclination angle affects conveying efficiency,with the maximum angle usually not exceeding 45 degrees.The spacing of hanger bearings is determined based on material characteristics and shaft diameter to ensure the shaft deflection is within the allowable range.
