The products have a high degree of cookiness and excellent palatability. The puffed product has a loose structure, facilitating the uniform coating of fats and other liquids in subsequent processes.
Specifications are usually indicated by screw diameter and length-to-diameter ratio. The main motor is powerful, ranging from 55kW to 315kW or higher. Capacity varies greatly depending on the raw material formula and product density requirements, generally from 0.5 to 10 tons per hour. The equipment integrates a preconditioner for pre-cooking the material. The cutting system uses stepless speed regulation to precisely control pellet length. The machine has a complex structure and requires supporting systems like boilers, dryers, and coaters.
